Day 16 Stockholm

Today started quite pleasant but soon developed into rain and cold. Stockholm is a lovely town built on a number of islands. The roads are very narrow and dont look wide enough to cater for buses. We got on a hop on hop off bus and travelled around the town area.
First stop was the Vassa museum where an old ship, the Vassa, had been found and brought to the surface after 400 years. It was on its maiden voyage when it sank. Water filled the canon holes and 20 minutes later it was gone. So sad.
The next stop was the Abba Museum. So much fun here for Abba fans, with lots of memorabilia, singing and dancing.
We continued around the town and returned to our ship which was about an hour from Stockholm.
